Peripheral Temperature Sensor[edit | edit source]
The RZ/T2H SoC in the ZERO SOM has a temperature sensor unit (TPU) that indicates the junction temperature as a 12-bit value.
Description[edit | edit source]
The TPU module has a relative precision of ±2°C (typ).
