UNICA SBC uses an external I2C RTC device, i.e. DS3232MZ+.
An external coin cell battery (like Panasonic CR1220 battery) can be optionally installed on the UNICA SBC battery holder.

Device mapping[edit | edit source]
RTC is mapped to /dev/rtc0 device in Linux.

The peripheral can be accessed through the date and hwclock linux commands.
