  • B: NXP i.MX8M Nano Commercial grade (Tj: 0/90°C) @ 1.6GHz
Other versions can be available, please contact technical support
RAM Flash
  • 4: 4GB DDR4
  • 3: 3GB DDR4
  • 2: 2GB DDR4
  • 1: 1GB DDR4
Storage
  • 1: 2GB NAND SLC
  • 2: 4GB eMMC
  • 3: 8GB eMMC
NAND SLC and eMMC are possible alternatives not available together. Other sizes can be available, please contact technical support
Boot options
  • 0: Boot from on board eMMC
  • 1: Boot from on board NAND
These options depend on storage version selected. Other versions can be available, please contact technical support
VIN Range
  • 0: 3.3V fixed
  • 1: 3.8V - 5.5V
RFU Reserved for Future Use

  • C - Commercial grade: suitable for 0-70°C envirronment
  • I - Industrial: suitable for -40 - 85°C envirronment
