In this White Paper is presented a possible solution scenario for an Industry 4.0 product. In general an Industry 4.0 envirronment is described as follows:
In this scenario product on the edge are connected to the cloud via gateway solution. In many situation the connectivity is available already on the disposal at the edge. An example is an ECG machine which sends directly the information to a cloud and then the info are available for the doctors' specialists whereever
The Cloud Configuration[edit | edit source]
Overview[edit | edit source]
The overview page is a dashboard were the most important information are shown. The information are customized according to the profile who is accessing
The Fleet[edit | edit source]
Devices can be shown in a list and grouped according to their features. The list can be then filtered as the operator prefers
Add/Remove devices[edit | edit source]
It is possible to add remove devices from the cloud UI. Group association, widgets, icons and other features can be customized during the new product introduction
Historical data thrends[edit | edit source]
Per each device is possible to view the colelcted dat with various widget based on the data nature (analog/digital, ...)
Firmware update[edit | edit source]
It is possible to manage the FW update per each device
Event triggering and register[edit | edit source]
Role management[edit | edit source]
Last but not least, the role management which differentiate the cloud access and the profiling and data availability
