MAYA Texas Instruments DM814x/AM387x CPU module[edit | edit source]

Maya 07.jpg

MAYA is a ready-to-use CPU module family based on Texas Instruments DM814x (DaVinci) and AM387x (Sitara) Cortex-A8 high performance application processors. MAYA is specifically designed for harsh environments and tiny spaces and is suitable for high-end applications such as medical instrumentation, digital signage, security systems and home automation.

MAYA is the top product of DAVE Embedded Systems Lite Line product class CPU modules and is built with SO-DIMM 204-pin form factor.

Even if MAYA adresses different market segments, it has in common several functional and electrical characteristics with NAON since it is built around the same processor. For this reason Maya related pages refer to Naon related pages quite often.

Please note that the diagram shows main interfaces only. Thanks to the processor versatile pads muxing scheme, different configurations can be implemented too.

Please visit MAYA Web Page for more product information.
