When working with complex real-time configurations such as AMP Linux+FreeRTOS, debugging requirements increase dramatically. This chapter – written in collaboration with Lauterbach SRL (www.lauterbach.it) – shows how these issues can be tackled with Lauterbach TRACE32 ® debugger1.
The following picture shows the BoraEVB connected to Lauterbach PowerDebug Interface/USB3 via J18 connector. By default, the board is configured to chain Xilinx PL TAP and ARM DAP (please refer to chapter “JTAG and DAP Subsystem” of Zynq Technical Reference Manual for more details).
