Most of storage space is occupied by two partitions:
*a <code>FAT32</code> partition (<code>mmcblk0p1</code>) containing:
** U-Boot <code>bootscript</code>
**Linux kernel and DTB binary images
**XUELK virtual machine image in OFV format (MVM basic version)
*an <code>ext3</code> partition (<code>mmcblk0p2</code>) containing the root file system of for the target.
<code>bootscript</code> and root file system are used to boot the target as described in [[#AXEL_ULite_and_SBC_Lynx_Embedded_Linux_Kit_(XUELK)|this section]].
