J33 is the WIDE™ (Wise Interface Display Expander ) connector. 

It is a 20x1.00 mm One Piece Interface: a Samtec [https://www.samtec.com/products/fsi-130-03-g-d-m-k-tr FSI-130-03-G-D-M-K-TR] connector can be populated for the add-on modules connections.
