Two JTAG interfaces are provided by NaonEVB-Mid carrier board (J7 and J9).

J9 implements standard 20-pin 2.54mm-pitch ARM JTAG port. J7 implements 20-pin 1.27mm-pitch Texas Instruments JTAG port (aka 20-pin compact TI connector). From the functional standpoint the two ports are interchangeable with the exception of trace signals EMU0/1/2/3/4 that are not available on J9.

Please note that freely available TI Code Composer Studio IDE (http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Code_Composer_Studio) supports these hardware interfaces: http://www.ti.com/tool/XDS100.
